If you wish to test your cooking skills, here is Maestro Pavarotti’s cookbook, including his original recipes prepared by chef Luca Marchini, together with the branded kitchen apron.

Drawing inspiration from the autographed notes written on Maestro’s personal diaries, the book presents twenty-four recipes among those the tenor loved to cook and present to his guests. The original notes have been perfected and completed thanks to the masterful guidance of the Michelin-starred Chef Luca Marchini, one of the most popular names in the Emilian cooking scene and internationally renowned. The book also displays photos, curiosities and anecdotes about Maestro related to his passion for cooking.

The book is accompanied by the branded “Alla Luciano” kitchen apron. It is 100% pure cotton, denim fabric, central pocket on the bib plus 2 large jeans-model side pockets, adjustable shoulder strap, embroidered logo.

The book ALLA LUCIANO collects the never-published-before original recipes by Maestro Luciano Pavarotti.


Food was one of Luciano Pavarotti’s great passions.

The concept of food for Emilian people (which is a feature of all Italians in general) means not only nourishment, but also conviviality. The “social” dimension of each meal was a fundamental element for Maestro, it was synonymous with joy for him. For Maestro, food also represented the bond with his land and, when his profession took him away from home, rediscovering the Emilian flavors was a way to feel less far from his origins and his world.

Maestro loved cooking, too. At the stove he was curious, he always asked about ingredients and procedures; once the basic steps had been mastered, Maestro used to take notes in his personal diaries, that were the starting point for realizing the book ALLA LUCIANO.

The recipes guarded in his diaries were entrusted to the skilled hands of Michelin-starred Chef Luca Marchini, so that complete and refined procedures could take shape from Maestro’ scattered notes and original recipes could be accompanied by images of the cooked dishes, ready to be served.


By purchasing this volume you will contribute to support the activity of the Luciano Pavarotti Foundation, a non-profit organization whose mission is to keep alive the human and artistic memory of Maestro Luciano Pavarotti.
